Hi, I'm Robert. I'm a freelancer focused on ServiceNow architecture and development, particularly ITOM, ITAM, EAM, and SecOps.

I started this blog, because I wanted to host a MID server on my Raspberry Pi. There was some great material already published in the community, but it wasn't current. I found I couldn't publish articles on the community, so I figured I'd blog on my own site instead. And so it begins.
